Our easy 5-step process 

  1. Select your design package, after purchasing your package, we'll get in touch with you to discuss your design preferences and set up a Virtual meeting.
  2. We will also send you our design discovery questionnaire, instructions of how to measure your space, ask you for photos of your existing space, and a couple of inspiration photos.
  3. During your virtual design meeting, we'll review your space and design needs to ensure we're on the same page. 
  4. Then, we'll get to work on your design plan! 
  5. Upon completion, you'll receive a floor plan, design plan with concept images, room board list with links to selections, and two rounds of revisions. 

Additional revisions, drawings, hours etc. will be billed at an hourly rate of $125.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times may vary. Please note, back order dates are subject to change. Most In stock items ship in 2-3 weeks for large furniture.  Or, 5 to 7 business days for smaller items. If by chance your item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and you’ll have 48 hours to cancel, no charge.

RETURNS

  • FURNITURE

Due to the nature of shipping large furniture items, art, faux trees, etc. we are unable to accept returns at this time.  

  • ACCESSORIES

Small accessories such as pillows, throws, and greenery may be returned within 14 days of receiving minus shipping charges.

  • E-DESIGN PACKAGES

Due to the nature of E-design packages and significant amount of time and effort from the designer, our E-design packages are non-refundable.
