Shipping times may vary. Please note, back order dates are subject to change. Most In stock items ship in 2-3 weeks for large furniture. Or, 5 to 7 business days for smaller items. If by chance your item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and you’ll have 48 hours to cancel, no charge.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of shipping large furniture items, art, faux trees, etc. we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Small accessories such as pillows, throws, and greenery may be returned within 14 days of receiving minus shipping charges.
Due to the nature of E-design packages and significant amount of time and effort from the designer, our E-design packages are non-refundable.
